Cranberry Pistachio what?!

So I decided to Create a tasty treat for Luther to take to work and to give out with some Christmas presents. Cranberry Pistachio Bark may sound a little interesting… but once you try it you will be addicted - after you share some everyone will want the recipe! Enjoy the recipe and check out the beautiful reward of my hard work!
My Grandmother gave me this recipe… she is always willing to try a new recipe and pass them on...
PISTACHIO CRANBERRY BARK:

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
5 oz. white candy bark, chopped (also called candy coating..find it in the baking section. just ask for white bark)
1 cup chopped pistachios, toasted lightly and divided
3/4 cup dried cranberries, divided

The very worst part of this treat is shelling alllll the pistachios! The salt really dries out my hands.

Then you melt your chocolates …… this will make the house smell divine. Afterwards mix half the pistachios and dried cranberries into the dark chocolate.

Drop the white chocolate mix onto the dark and use a skewer or knife to ‘marble’ and swirl the two chocolates together.

Sprinkle with the remaining cranberries and pistachios and cool.

Such beautiful reds and greens!

My son Lucian decided to help my shaking his bell toys and pushing buttons on his singing snail… by the time I was finished all the toys were on the floor as usual! Oh the fun of tossing toys!
